A thousand of OMOYE political networks across the eleven wards in Okene local government area decamp from All Progressive Congress (APC) to the people Democratic Party PDP In Okene LGA.

 

Hon. Lover Sanni Achichi, the president of the OMOYE political network and the treasurer of the association Hon. Abdulsalam Saka Ozoku who lead thousands of the members of the OMOYE political networks said they decamp to the PDP because they have realized that the People Democratic Party (PDP) that knows the pain of the masses for that, they have decided to join the party and to solemnly work for the party’s victory in the forthcoming elections and beyond.

 

Members of the People Democratic Party (PDP) in Okene local government area who welcome the decampees are Hon. Ibrahim Adabara, the Okene local government party chairman of the People Democratic Party (PDP), Hon. Apollo, the local government secretary of the party, Hon. All. Saka Dongo, Hon. Nepa Owee, the chairman to Hon. Sanni Apex Committee, Hon. Madam Wine, the state stakeholder of the party, madam Eneye one of the strong members and founders of Ogembe political networks in Obehira-eba ward, madam Halimat one of the strong members of Ogembe political networks in Upogoro/Odenku ward, Hon. Bashir Ibori from Lafia/Obesa ward, Hon. Tensha, Obehira Uvete ward chairman of the party.

 

The official declaration of the OMOYE political networks from APC to PDP were held at Lafia/Obesa ward in Okene local government area. 

 

Hon. Adabara, the local government party chairman of the People Democratic Party PDP task the newly welcomed members to be committed to the affairs that will promote the party’s affair. He also assure them of being taken along with all the party’s activities and achievements.

 

The decampees states that the reason for their defection from the ruling party to the People Democratic Party PDP is because they have realized that the PDP is a party that truly has the masses at heart and the only party that can eradicate poverty and suffering off the land.

 

In a speech from the treasurer of the OMOYE political networks, Hon. Abdulsalam Saka Ozoku, assure the People Democratic Party PDP in Okene LGA that many more defects will be coming that the party should be ready and create a conducive environment to welcome more people in mean time.
